6000 m2 Office building (Used by a local bank) situated in the Mesa Gitonia area in Limassol (2 basements + 5 levels)
Mechanical Services
Cooling / Heating Plant:
Generally 3-pipe VRV systems (heating/cooling) serve the office areas. Air Handling Units provide fresh air into the building and condition common areas.
Water services
Cold Water is stored in Glass Reinforced Plastic type (GRP) sectional tanks and distributed through an inverter type booster set. Hot water is produced using local electric heaters.
Fire Protection
Fire Hose Reels and a dry riser system are serving all areas of the building.
