Brief Description of the building:
A 5000m2 office area building on a total of 5 levels, one basement and 4 floors, situated in Limassol.
Mechanical Services:
Cooling / Heating Plant:
Generally 3-pipe VRV systems (heating/cooling) serve the office areas. Air Handling Units provide fresh air into the building and condition common areas. Specialized type air-conditioning units (Close Control Air Conditioning) are serving the server rooms.
Water services
Cold Water is stored in Glass Reinforced Plastic type (GRP) sectional tanks which are situated on the roof of the building and distributed through an inverter type booster set. Hot water is produced using solar energy through vacuum type solar collectors. Stand-by heat pumps can also be used for the production of hot water.
Fire Protection
All building is covered by a wet type sprinkler system. Additionally there are Fire Hose Reels as well as a dry riser system.
